Digital Marketing Account Manager

You will manage a portfolio of diverse clients, guiding them through the complexities of the digital landscape and ensuring our specialist teams (SEO, Paid Media, Creative) deliver high-impact results that move the needle.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Leadership: Act as the primary advisor for your accounts, deeply understanding their industry, pain points, and KPIs to develop integrated marketing roadmaps.
Omnichannel Coordination: Work cross-functionally with our technical teams to ensure SEO, PPC, Social, and Content efforts are synchronized and brand-consistent.
Performance Storytelling: Translate raw data from Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite into compelling narratives that prove ROI and inform future strategy.
Project Orchestration: Lead the lifecycle of client campaigns, managing timelines, internal briefs, and deliverables to ensure "on-time, every-time" execution.
Growth & Retention: Proactively identify "upsell" opportunities where additional agency services can solve client challenges, ensuring long-term partnership health and account expansion.

You can spot a drop in conversion rates and immediately brainstorm a strategic pivot with the team.
